PLEASE NOTE:  Our payment options available at checkout are as follows:

  • EFT:  You register and checkout using the EFT option.  You then receive an invoice and arrange your own finance and make payment.  You will not be able to access the course until payment has been received.  You will have banking info and address where to send your proof of payment provided on the invoice. Once your payment has cleared, you will receive access to the course (provided it is in the current semester within 24 hours )

  • Payflex:  Apply in minutes for your Payflex account via checkout.  Get it now, but spread your purchase across 4  fortnightly payments.
  • Mobicred: You will need to already have an account with Mobicred before you will be able to process payment using this option. You will receive access to the course within 24 hours.

What is Mobicred?

Mobicred is a simple & convenient credit facility that allows you to safely shop online with our participating retailers. Your Mobicred account allows you to make one single monthly payment for all your purchases with a revolving credit limit – allowing you to spend whatever you re-pay.

What is required to open an account?

To open an account, you’ll need to meet the following criteria: – Have a valid South African ID number. – Have an existing valid bank account, a valid email address and a RICA’d mobile number. – Be at least 18 years of age. – Earn a minimum monthly salary of R5,500. – You may need to submit 3 months most recent bank statements or payslips.

Can my application be declined?

Yes, approval of your application is subject to mobicred’s credit risk & affordability criteria, and in accordance with the National Credit Act “Responsible Lending” principles. If, for whatever reason, your application is declined, mobicred will inform you as to the main reasons for being declined.

How do I buy with Mobicred?

You can purchase at any participating online retailer that offers mobicred as a payment option. Simply select Mobicred as a payment option within the checkout process.

What is Payflex?

Payflex offers the first truly free payment plan in South Africa. Checkout with Payflex and pay only 25% of the purchase price today. Your goods are shipped immediately. And you pay the rest over 6-weeks at no additional cost (zero fees, zero interest*).

How do I make a purchase Online?

When you’ve found the item you can’t live without – even if you’re not feeling too flush – click “add to cart” and head to the payment page (it’s the one that usually comes up after you add your info) and select Payflex as your payment method. If you’re a Payflex first-timer, we’ll need to do a painless assessment.

All we’ll need are a few personal deets like your name, email address, and ID number and our super-quick, awesome software will assess your application.

Our system works in real-time, so if everything checks out, you’ll be good to shop in less than a minute. You’ll have to agree on the instalment schedule and pay your first instalment. Then it’s business as usual, with the retailer preparing your goods for pick up or to be sent off.

Are there really no interest or fees?

That’s right and we’ll shout it from the rooftops!

THERE REALLY IS NO INTEREST OR EXTRA FEES. Simply put, we’re not like your traditional finance companies. We believe in giving you the choice to get it now and pay later! Pay your scheduled payments on time and you’ll pay the original price your item was advertised for. It does sound too good to be true, doesn’t it?

Well, it’s not. There’s only one time you would ever pay more … if you miss a scheduled payment, then sadly, we’ll have to charge a R65 (incl. VAT) default fee to cover our costs and a further R65 (incl. VAT) for every week the instalment is outstanding for a maximum of three (3) charges. So, to avoid the added drama, just make sure you have money in your account in advance of your scheduled instalment. We’ll email you in advance every time as a reminder.

What cards do Payflex accept?

You can use any Visa or Mastercard card (Debit, Credit or Cheque) to make a Payflex payment. It’s so simple.

Why wasn't my Payflex application accepted?

To take advantage of flexing the way you pay, you’ll need to meet our minimum requirements.

If you weren’t approved for a flexible payment plan then you may have a poor credit history, or no history at all. Afterall, we are giving you access to a free spending plan, so our system will need to assess a number of factors to work out your spending limit.

Unfortunately, if you don’t meet them, you will be declined. It’s not that we’re being mean, just responsible. We actually have your best interests at heart, and we need to make sure our customers are all geared up to make payments on time.
